This Privacy Policy describes how We obtain and use information about You and Your visits to our website at www.LivingThePotential.com and Your participation as a Community Member, https://learn.livingthepotential.com. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share your Personal Data.  Unless defined here, capitalized words have the same meaning as in terms and conditions, which Agreement includes this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect and How We Use It.

When you visit Our website, become a Member, or otherwise interact with Us or another member, We collect personal data and other information from You (“Personal Data”). We use Your Personal Data to facilitate Your participation in the Community and Your use of the service.  If You attend a class or event, request information or resources from Us, or become a member We will collect certain personal information from you, including your name, phone number, email address, ip address, and mailing address.  If you purchase goods or services from us, we will collect the information necessary in order to complete the purchase.  We use third party data processors to take and complete payment.  We do not have access to your credit card information.  We may receive personal data from third parties including Google and other search engines, social media platforms, ad brokers, and payment processing companies such as PayPal or Stripe.  We may use third parties such as Google to help us analyze how people are using our Service. We also use the Google Analytics service to provide us with demographic data about our Members, such as age and gender.

We may use cookies to assist with facilitating Your use of the website and to improve the website. You can accept or decline cookies using Your web browser settings. Information that You provide to another Member is not covered by this Policy and We do not have any liability associated with that transmission or use.

‘Third Party’ means a person or company who is not us, another Community Member, or a government body, public agency or authority.  Third Parties include our service providers whom we authorize to process your Personal Data to help us with: development, maintenance, and support of Our website; marketing and advertising; communications, and customer service. We do not permit our Third Party service providers to use your Personal Data for any other purpose.
